Well, at first, things went bad. The academic counselor wanted to arrange an appointment to talk to me about something. Turns out that my Trig teacher was concerned about me. Other than that, things went fine and asocial.
On Friday, mom and dad bought a new van with their $26,000 inheritance. I got to ride home with mom in the new car. Then on Saturday, mom and I went to Sears Essential's closing sale to buy lots of new clothes. I got some awesome summer clothes.
Well, the money is gonna be used for some more awesome things, and I should be having an adventure on my next break.
Well, sorry I haven't been on for a long time.
Anyway, I'm having a lot of trouble in my physics class. It's just too damn hard, so I have to dedicate a lot of my time in tutoring now, cause if I don't I will fail, no questions asked.
Trig is okay. The only thing that bothers me is that we're not allowed to use a calculator in the quizzes and test. I mean, it is good that she is trying to break our dependence of the calculator, but, come on! No other teacher bothers to do it! I say, all teachers should forbid calculators if it's so important to not use one in the first place.
Zoology is a little troubling too, but as long as I know when quizzes and tests are, I should do fine, oh, and I should study too.
Advanced American History I is not too bad. Just gotta read them books.
Sophomore English II is not too bad either, except when I had to walk off campus with a girl I don't really get along with. Luckily, someone else was with us to talk to her. We had to take pictures of what represents the recession that's going on. I had to write an essay on it, and tomorrow, I need to finish that final copy.
I just spent all the money I was gonna use in 1 week (it's not as bad as that 1 time I spent 95 percent of my money in 1 day). I really need to restrict my outings so that I don't spend that much on Starbucks xP
Yes. I still have lots of trouble with the internet. Speaking of which, I need to email the IT guy to help me find out what's wrong.
Sorry I haven't been checking out your updates. I've been pretty busy, and I will be very busy for the next, oh, 3 months or so.
I'll post again when I have the time. Bye!
Guess where I am? I am in the Admin building at my school, sitting on the floor, with a power cord next to me, and wireless internet >.<
Well, Special Projects was an interesting week. The class and I got to watch Polish scenario videos about each of the ten commandments. Now, the idea was not directly introduced, meaning, the scenarios in the videos were not literal representations. Also, the teachers talked about each video after each video.
Then, we were given an assignment to advertise a sin that should go with the 7 deadly sins. I chose slander. I thought that it was a good sin, but I presented it pretty badly. However, it was chosen as one of the top 6 sins to be added. All I know is, Stupidity was put in first place (cause it was presented nicely :D ), and that I'm not in 6th place, and that is enough for me ^^ The reason why I asked if I was in 6th place because during the presentation, people were laughing, but I didn't know if they were laughing at me or with me. Now I know that it is with me :)
Now, my internet ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT WORK!!! Except for wireless. However . . . I hope that it doesn't get destroyed . . . O_O
Well, I don't know when I'll get back to you, so . . . ummm . . . bye.
Well, my internet on my computer is screwed beyond compare (the network there screws up with Windows Vista sometimes). I HATE VISTA!!! D:< I did everything that me, my dad, and the IT guy can think of: messing with my firewall, checking to see if it's not my connection (my computer does not work on any of the connections), AND messing with the MAC address. Even when my dad found the right MAC address (we're sure it's right), it didn't work.
Now, keep in mind that my internet works just fine at home. It just doesn't work at my school.
Now, the solution that my dad now has to resort to is to call the Microsoft and HP company to see if he can downgrade the computers (he bought a Vista Computer a week ago. The only problem with it so far is the printer). I'm hoping that I can get Windows XP. Now they rock! I also hear people raving about Linux, but Linux is not compatible with the software that I'm familiar with.
So, what I'm saying is, I'm not gonna be able to go online very much from now on, til God knows when. Wanna know how I got here? Library, but it's not open very often.
Also, going without internet shouldn't always be a bad thing. Now, I can do other stuff without spending 3 hours at a time on the internet.
Oh, and if you do have another idea about what's going on, and a way to solve it, that would be nice.
First, my mom tells me that I might have Endometriosis after a week of scary appendicitis-like pain (not appendicitis). Well, my times of the month are pretty painful, but I'm known to have a high pain tolerance. So later one day, I'll have to be put on strong birth control so that I don't get any complications.
Second, remember the kittens that were born? Well, they all died 2 days later. We're thinking that Tara was just too young to understand what to do with her kittens. We can always try again in a year or so.
Third, after day 1 of the Special Project thing, the person who I wanted to partner up with decided that I should find another one (a girl) so that I can work on mine easier. Sure, we're not allowed to go into each other's dorms, but we have lots of time outside of SP to work on our presentation, AND we have internet for a couple of hours to chat and work. Oh well. I guess I'll have to find someone else, and if no one is available, then I can just fail and get kicked out of the school, or the guy will just have to live with it!
Well, sorry for all the negative, but I can't always be happy, eh?
