Interesting news today. While I was doing a job search online, there was a position available with Nintendo. Yeah, THAT Nintendo, the job is pretty much setting up and demonstrating displays, maintaining them, you know, the stuff that you see in the stores.
It covers 104 stores, Im assuming in the midwest. Driving about 2100 miles a month. I do that anyway. The pay is less than that of the bus company, but its full time, some weekends, benefits, 401(k), sick leave.
The only thing I would have to do is get a class A endorsement for my CDL.
If they select me for the position, they will have to fly me to Seattle for a week of training at Nintendo, all paid. Not to mention events required for travel, and Nintendo pays the bills. A week in Seattle, I know a couple people in the area, maybe if I had some free time. . .
I just applied today, so yeah. . .

Once again, nothing much going on. Though I did work out for about 15 minutes today. I think Ill go swimming tomorrow.
I had a chance to go to see The Offspring tonight in Milwaukee at Summerfest, but I really couldnt afford to go. . . So yeah.
I still dont know if I was approved for unemployment. I should probably call them on Monday.
I also need to get some serious practice in with my tablet, its collecting dust, and I feel sorry for it.
