Its the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine
Got myself a new headset/microphone for the computer. The old, $12 crap mic I had needed me to be too close for the upcoming RiffTaku venture.
Also bought Serenity on Blu-Ray to complete the collection in stunning HD ^__^!
I know SG is a jealous bastard at the moment.
Not much else going on, I still need to go to unemployment to check on things there, but that will be tomorrow after I pick up the last decent check of the summer.

Today was the last day for my students.
I really am appreciated, Id do a rundown of the stuff I got from my kids and their parents, but that would be in poor taste. Lets just say, I was pleasantly surprised.
I got a new mic and downloaded audacity, so my portion of Rifftakus is underway. Im through two parts of Yor: Hunter from the future, and I have about 20 lines written for each part so far. If I keep this up, thats a 200 line pace I set for myself, I figure at least a few of them should be funny, I can only hope though. Ill get someone to watch my rough takes and get some feedback of what I have so far.
Now, its unemployment(Prays), and a job search.

Is it sad when "sleeping in" is until 8:00 am for me?
Damn.
I need a new keyboard and mouse, not because of lack of function or anything, I just want a new set. What I really want is a new computer, preferably a laptop, but that will have to wait until the fall when I go back to the bus company (sigh). Who knows, maybe something better will fall into my lap in the summer.
