Im tired of all the Haiti news. I get it, its sad. I feel sorry for those who lost loved ones and I also feel sad for those who lost everything they own. But hearing sob story after sob story makes the cynic in me cry foul. We get it, THERE IS A REASON THEY ARE CALLED "NATURAL DISASTERS!" The only reasons why some people and some organizations claim to care is because there is a way to pray on the generosity of the population to pocket some money for themselves.
Now that that is out of the way, I really got nothing. I took my dad to the airport so he is now on vacation for the next 10 days or so. Im thinking about what I want to do for my spring break coming up at the end of March. I dont know what to do, but Ill figure it out. I may end up going nowhere.
The current "Ongoing Education" plan is as follows:
I applied to a local community college, accepted to register for classes. I think I have to get my transcripts from the school in Wyoming, in the hopes I dont have to take some of the entry tests. I already have a degree, lets see it finally do something. . .
I am going to try and get certified for PC repair, hoping to be able to make some kind of a job change when said program is done, I may change my routes at the bus company to be able to take more classes sooner. And I hope I can take a bunch during the summer schedule. The long and the short of it is, I am hoping to get this course done quickly, get a new/better job and maybe continue my education along the way.
