Upon the realization its been almost a month since his last post. . .

Had no idea I have been kinda quiet here for that long. I dont know the longest stretch between posts Ive been on, but this probably has to be up there.

Life is well, life. Only a couple things noteworthy stand out. I went with a buddy to a small convention close to home. Had a blast, it was his first convention, and I think he is hooked. . .

Ive been trying, unsuccessfully, to straighten my head out. Ive played a lot of video games. Marathon sessions of Uncharted 3 and Batman: Arkham City can attest to that.

I think Ive read two complete manga series. Ai Yori Aoshi, which is kind of a slice of life romance/harem manga that actually got to the point. He chooses his girl almost immediately and you get to watch as others vie for his attention. All the while, family grudges and that sort of thing.

The other series was Otaku no Musume. This is a story of a 27 year old otaku, who one day finds a 9 year old girl on his doorstep and calls him "PAPPA!" Piecing together this sudden information takes time, but he finds out she is indeed his daughter and determines to be a good father to her. Hilarity ensues. . .

Ive also been reading actual books. I read "Assholes Finish First" by Tucker Max. That dude is absolutely hilarious, if you enjoy stories of getting blackout drunk, crazy pranks, and all kinds of foul language. Which I do.

Upon a friend's recommendation, I read The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins. I read that whole damn book in one day(Monday). By Tuesday, I bought all three books in the series and currently stand at about 250/390 pages done with book three.

Id probably be too withdrawn from the world reading if I wasn't feeling so dreadful today. Maybe its because Im reading books about starting a revolution, but Ive felt combative more so than most other days. Today took all the energy I had to make it through work. Ive been in bed since I got home at 5 and havent even felt the urge to get out (its almost 9 now). The only reason Im on the laptop at all is because its on a TV tray right next to my bed.

So. . . anybody want to donate to the "Get Schultzie The Hell Out of Wisconsin" fund. . . ? Didnt think so. . . Ill stop with the guilt trip filled joking now.

Take care guys, Im still around. Just not very vocal.
