Now sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.

In order to keep everything in my head from running over and getting things mixed up, I will do a day for day of my trip to Tennessee. Spoiler text will most likely indicate swearing. As I am so fond of doing.

Saturday

I wake up at around 8:00 AM in quite a hurry. I still needed to finish packing, and because of the 12 inches of snow we got on Friday, load up the car. But first things first, I must head on down to my trailer to sign away the title and get me my money. (I sold it that morning right before I left.)

I get home, finish packing, load up the car, grab the dog, and we hit the road at about 11:30 AM. Its about 7.5 to 8 hours to get from home to Samburg, Tennessee, where the resort is. And most of the ride was uneventful, talked and joked with dad, got gas once and since Dad needed to pee a lot (he is 51 after all) we kept stopping. The entire ride, no problems, road signs are clear, exits marked, and since I do drive for a living, navagating on a road trip is no problem. When we get into Tennesse, things changed, a little. An exit was hidden, so we had to back track, and we didnt notice that we got lost for a few minutes, that being almost fucking 20 minutes, so we were heading the wrong way. We argued over who was at fault (a little bit of both of us), and made way to the resort. Got there at about 8:30, unloaded the car, watched tv, went to bed.

Tomorrow, Easter Sunday. Giant Carp, snagging, cold, wind, and funny accents.
