Chance of getting a summer route this year:
Less than 10%

We have all of 56 routes available, I am 53 on our seniority list(out of about 200 drivers). Rule out 2-4 routes because I am not wheelchair trained, and rule out another 12 or so because I will absolutely not drive for a particular district, I have bad experiences with the children from Hawthorne District #73. To the point where I had a kid thrown off of the route for the remainder of the school year(about November at the time of incident).

So, yeah.
