I needed a place to put all my nonsense, even if no one else sees it. Comments and critiques are welcome and encouraged!

The Dukes Circus
Waking up I’m in a circus.
Why would I call it a circus, it’s clearly a carnival.
Oh! Now I see it there’s the tent, the eagle pointed to it running with us towards the fun.
The pot hole jumped up screaming “turn around, its no fun in there!”
Jumping with glee I missed the warning and fell in the hole myself.
The eagle giggled and continued to fly
I wept as I watched the blood flow from the hole in my knee
a frog swam out
a yellow frog.
His ravenous tongue swatting at the pigeons
a mouth full later he seems to remember “I forgot to introduce myself.”
the Duke of Blue and Yellow Above and Below diving with the bunny is my game.
I can’t remember why I’m here, perhaps to tell you that security is futile.
You will die with the pigeons in my stomach.
Waking up I’m in my room
orange all around
the bouncy balls ricochet off the walls and break my precious stone frog.
Not wanting to know the pain of life I go on with blinders at my side.
Why oh why am I blind? Never to see the beauty of the tent the eagle laughed about, or the blood the frog was born from.
Perfect Sense
The stream of piss that pours from the ass of a lying man landed in the street occupied by a missing flute.
He lived there alone with rays from the sun that beat him senseless with their twisted razors edge, sent form the cake that isn’t a lie.
The cake laughed, scoffed at the thought “how am I a lie?”
The monkeys throw shit at the icing and shred the mustard.
Screaming Memories
A star falls on the street
my street.
When the sunbeam measured my swirling eye as if to direct my sleeping mind with the waves of notions once forgotten and trying to be remembered.
I still forget swinging on the stump of a mans broken leg.
There’s a scream
a howl from the kettle that can no longer take the pain of fire
and so it jumps of the ledge in a zig zag motion.
Right Side Up
Turn my face upside down
hanging hair I fell on the tree
bananas loving my right foot dipped in oceanic string
falling upside down loving every inch of the wave
that bore the blood splattered hand.
It floats through the air and sparks from a withered wire.
