Okay, there was the recap. Now here are facts that can support my idea of what’s going to happen afterward.

Facts:
Naruto has an extra clone.
There was a stabbing sound.
Hinata stated she loves him.
Naruto is enraged.

Assumed:
Hinata's dead.
Hinata's alive.
Naruto feels affection (as in romance) towards Hinata.

Here's what I hope for: (I'm a NaruHina fan, just to warn you.)

Naruto manages to defeat Pain or at least drive him away. A medical nin quickly comes to the battle field to see a dying, severely injured, and barely alive. She's taken to somewhere far off to be healed. After the battle, Naruto is calmed somehow and goes back to the place to try and heal Hinata and notices her body gone. He goes looking for her and eventually come across her and the medical nin. After months of healing, she's all better and Naruto had rushed to her when she first is done healing and Naruto apologizes for not being stronger. Hinata says it was all her fault for not being stronger and something else happens.

Sum of it: She survives and we get a happy ending, be it for the NaruHina fans or just people who want Hinata to survive.

Next is the dreaded anti-happy ending.
