Well I figured I give VV a try finally, heh mainly because of Shadow. But I have to say, so far it’s just annoying the crap out of me. Don’t get me wrong, I suppose I’ll get used to it. But so far half the people I’ve tried to subscribe to it tells me I’m not logged in, then when I relog in again to make it happy and try to add them, it says bad server response… so yeah a good many of you that might be able to actually find me, I can’t even subscribe to you. Like Sana, Evil, and Hiko, to name a few.

Second big annoyance, I made my purdy Saya/Diva intro pic, and the site can only support jpg, so the conversion from png to jpg wasn’t a pleasant on the pic and it’s kind of muffled and unclear… stupid low quality jpgs. And it’s annoying the hell out of me that you can only chose from overly bright pink, baby blue or 3 other colors for the color themes here, so nothing at all matches my piccie. So since I can’t color match at the moment everything looks wacked on this page and it’s just wrong. I guess I’m going to have to make a whole new intro pic using basic colors to get it to look right, BAHHH.

And why can you not look for people easily? The hell?

So, first impressions of VV for me, not good. -> Is highly distressed I can’t at least color match my page. Its only redeeming feature for me is the improvements to the fanart section and the rather deviantART setup to see when people upload a fanart or submit a reply. But I will adapt eventually. Perhaps I’ll make a Sif intro and remember to use basic crayon colors only.

Heh, and I suppose I’m going to get a bunch of the “but VV is great, what the hell is wrong with you” or the “well its here to stay, so stop complaining” comments. Yeah well, go for it people, all opinions are welcome on this page. It’s user friendly, even if the site isn’t. But as it stands, my first impressions are very annoyed ones.
