Hi everybody. Ya...so I'm on vicadin at the moment, but its nothing to worry about, all that happened was I got my wisdom teeth out.
Rain! Why didn't you come on sooner and tell us that?! We were so worried about you!
I'm so sorry, I've been taking finals and right when I got home from my finals we left for the deep dark cutoff woods and mountains of...dun dun dun....
Arkansas.
Yes, Arkansas. Were there is no internet connection AT ALL! Its just you, the woods, the lake, the no snow mountains, and what ever you can find to keep yourself occupied around all the confederate flags. Now, for those that think I'm being a little bit mean, I have been going down to Arkansas for christmas every year since I was two. I'm telling nothing but the truth. Hell, the town we go to is called Lead Hill. If that doesn't sound hick enough, then just drive twenty miles further and you get to Flippin.
FLIPPIN ARKANSAS! That is the best name for a town EVER!
Oh, and I've been keeping myself entertained with my new Legend of Zelda 3DS. I love making money during the holiday season that I spend right away that I really should save since I'm a starving college student that has to get her own apartment this summer...
So ya, I'm back, and I'm fine, just missing a few parts. And yes, I didn't get to do anything fun for New Years because of my damn wisdom teeth...I did however watch the Doctor Who special...I don't remember much of it now, so I might have to rewatch it...
I'm on a conference call. So why am I on theO? Because I can and I really have nothing to say. The only reason I'm on this is to get information for a competition I'm judging on Saturday. Its called the First Lego League and I'll be judging the programming aspect. Its rather interesting. Hopefully all goes well.
So I also get to study for an exam I have tomorrow in Discreet Mathematics...yay...you can just feel the enthusiasm....I'm getting really tired of this hold music. Its really annoying. The weird part is that the person heading the conference call is on the same campus as me...its really weird to hear my college called on this...anyway...thats about all I had. I'm going to get to studying now.
Oh thanksgiving break, why do you make it impossible for me to relax? I got a whole week off last night, and the only relaxing activity that I got done was a drawing. Other than that I ate A LOT! I also haven't gotten to sleep on a bed. I've been sleeping on the couch because my aunt took my room for the week. I get to sleep on it tonight though! I actually get to sleep on a bed and sleep in because I haven't been able to! Older people and their inability to sleep in. I had to wake up at seven almost everyday because thats what time my mother wakes up.
But I had lots of food...I don't think I'll be hungry for at least two days now. I also went bowling! That was awesome! I haven't been bowling since...the beginning of the semester...but that was for work so I don't think that counts. I'm not going to talk about before last week though, mainly because it sucked and I just want to forget it ever happened. You know what I really hated about this week though? My professor decided that we shouldn't have a fun break and gave us TWO EXAMS TO FINISH OVER THE HOLIDAY!!!! I mean, WTF?! One of them is a bonus exam but the other is a full blown exam! The only thing that makes them okay is that they are take home exams so you can use whatever you want on them. Its still two exams and a homework assignment though.
