Rock You Like a Hurricane

...didn't I name my last post as a song? Oh well. I am going to destroy cisco phones. Not because they are bad phones. And not because they aren't easy to use. They are actually quite easy to explain and use. Really, they are. No, I want to destroy them because of the monotony of doing the same thing four hundred times. So. Much. Repetition. Going. To. Lose. Fingers. RAWR! And don't even get me started on teaching people how to use the computer for faxes. The sad part? I've only had this job for a week. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy helping the people with the phones and their email and computers. I'm just complaining about the little tiny bit of the job I don't like.

This brings me to the next subject I want to talk about. I realized today that I never really get bored. I get anxious...or I get tired. But never bored. I always seem to find something to do or to think about. Its really nice at my new job because there are times where I just sit there waiting for things to load. I say I'm bored purely because I have no other word to describe it. I mean, "I'm sitting here daydreaming and knew that I was going to text you after work so I might as well do it now since I have some time" or "I want you to talk to me because its silent and I really don't like what we are doing so I'm trying to distract you from it so we can do something else" just doesn't get the conversation started like "I'm bored." Plus, I don't have that many characters on my phone for texting...

Other than that I haven't had any time to myself other than during lunch break. And there is no way I can get from downtown Omaha to my house in a decent amount of time so I mainly go and do chores that I was planning on doing this weekend instead. That means I get a lot of time to myself this weekend! YAY! I haven't gotten to use the right side of my brain all week! My left hand must be sad that it hasn't gotten to draw for a while. My right hand has been writing everything all week because I always right my signature with my right hand. They think its fraud if I do it with my left hand. How sad.

Alright, I've talked enough for today.
