Weekly Update 003

Time for the third weekly update! This was such a good idea for me because I look forward to posting here on Fridays. Although I do occasionally post on Shertweets and SherrReviews, posting here feels like a true journal entry. I tried to write in an actual journal a few months ago, but I kept neglecting it.

I spent most of my time during this week working on my band's songs. Last month, we finally got together after a long hiatus and got to work on new material for an album we're working on. Every week we would just sit down in my basement, write comedy and satirical songs, and have a good time. If you're interested in hearing, you can go to our website here.

I'm also deciding whether or not I should buy an acoustic guitar. My eyes are set on a Seagull S6, which seems to be a great acoustic guitar that sounds better with age. This one on eBay that I'm bidding on is about 9 years old and a few dollars less than the original price. I'm not only saving money, but I'm purchasing age and a consistently good guitar.

Other than investing time and money into music and musical equipment, nothing much happened this week. I'm watching anime on a consistent basis as usual. I'm really close to finishing Monster and so far, it does not disappoint at all. I'm incredibly immersed into how the plot is going and how much the characters are changing as new discoveries are made.

The highlight episode of this week, for me, is To Aru Kagaku no Railgun episode 10. Please start To Aru Kagaku no Railgun if you haven't already. Also, do me a favor and skip over To Aru Majutsu Index because I hear that the main character is a total bore, but I've never actually seen it myself so my request is ridiculous. I might just do a thoughts post on SherrReviews on this anime because there's so much I want to say about it.

What else should I talk about? I guess I can start on the topic of my admirer. I first met her when I started working. Whenever she wants to make an order, I take it and we have some small talk here and there.

I, being a self-depreciating loony, don't think there's anything significant in a handful of things I say. However, she would tend to repeat stupid things I tell to her whenever she's around my friend, who works with me on a separate shift. She would even say that I'm "so cool" or something of the sort. Ever since my friend told me about that, I had no idea what to think.

I wonder if I can get around the awkward hurdle of getting in a relationship with a customer, who is also a bit quirky herself. I just hope that I don't turn into a huge laughingstock at work just because everyone else knows her and they think that she's a really strange character too. Gah!! What to do?!

Anyways, thanks for commenting and reading again. I just might actually reply to comments now because I forgot that I can do that. :]
