Weekly Update 014

Hey guys. It's better very late than never, I guess. I'm back on the laptop after a very long day.

About that exam. I did pass it, but I didn't get a grade that I wanted. My friends got the same grade that I did, but they did most of the extra credit.. so they got at least 8-9 points higher than my grade. So I was kinda jealous of them.

By the way, I hate internal conflict between people I know who are supposedly friends. They appear to each other in a friendly manner when they see each other, but when they talk to me alone, it's like they want to strangle each other. It bothers me and adds more pressure for me to agree with someone else more. I want to mediate their conflict, but they always complain to me about each other.

And I had a long day today. I worked in the morning and I gave a ride to my coworker. We decided to go to White Castle for some food for lunch. He bought me a number one for me, which was really thoughtful of him. We went back to the car, got back in and then closed the doors. However, we heard something shatter behind us. It was my rear glass. The whole thing was cracked and eventually fell to pieces.

Even though I covered it up with bags during and after work, I'm still afraid that someone might rip it open and steal my car. I hope my parents arrange things so it gets fixed as soon as possible. I'm paranoid about things like this. It's like a valuable asset of mine is vulnerable and it's only a matter of time before something far worse happens.

Other than my car breaking, I went out to get sushi at a fancy buffet that's 10-15 minutes away. I had to pay 30 dollars, which I wasn't too happy about, but my stomach is. Considering that I have to pay 200-300 for damages and now 30 something for food, will force me to save more money yet again. I just hope this doesn't drain my checking account to the minimum.

Also, I might consider walking to school. Driving to school takes at least seven minutes. I wonder how long walking will take!
