Hello everyone.
It's been awhile since I posted here on the official Sherblog. I'm sure some of you have been curious about the current events that are happening in my life. I feel the need to post them.
Right now, I'm about to do homework. College is now just a usual thing that I have to go to. It doesn't feel so fresh anymore since the first week is so far away. I'm still having difficulty mingling with others. I wonder why it's so difficult. Also, about that chemistry exam, I succeeded. I got an 87, which isn't bad for a person who doesn't like chemistry.
I have to give an update on my band. We've been having practices every Friday now and they've been great. The new album is 100% finished and it's available online for free (Ask me if you want the link). I even gave people I know actual CDs with album art on them for free. Even if we're losing more money than making… I say that the more exposure, the better chances we have of getting "big".
We're also going to have a live performance on the 24th of this month. I'm not too nervous this time because I know that I have improved not only as a guitarist, but as a musician, from our last failure of a performance. I hope that my confidence yields positive results. Also, the full band will be there. Our band will have that true live sound that we lacked on our debut because we only had three people.
I feel the need to return to doing my homework. I have to vector trace a cat and finish this lab report for tomorrow's chemistry lab. I must complete all this now because I want to get it over with. Next week, I have the whole week off from college because of spring break. I seriously need a brief hiatus from college and a whole week will give me justice.
