I hate it when parents think they're right most of the time. It's like, I can't get through to them because they believe that I should believe what they want me to believe. I mean, they are my parents after all, but I know when I'm right… especially if it's something I've read about and did studies on.
Also, I hate it when parents remind you to do something, like asking if I got an oil change at the most random of times. My father just told me to clean the dishes and he never tells me to clean the dishes. I am sure that he tells me this only twice a year. It's like, the thought of cleaning the dishes randomly hit his head for some reason today. Besides, my brother was washing the dishes already, so that was really unnecessary.
Well, I guess we should know how parents act by now. Sure, they're our parents after all, but as we get older, our limits should be slowly dimished or else we'll have no room to grow and mature. It's either that or we rebel, which 99% of the time, happens.
