"Yeah!" Toko said, "What if we took Kenpachi with us?!"
Hisa and Toma stared.
Toma felt Toko's forehead. "Hmm, you don't seem to have a fever. Are you all right?"
"Hey, I'm serious!" Toko said," We can tell Kenpachi that while we were there, someone really strong kicked our butts, and he'll be dying to fight! He'll break rules if it means a really good fight!"
"okay," Hisa siad, "You have a point, but even then, how will we get there?"

This is the story of the Takeshizoku. The infamous shinigami clan. Takeshi Ray's clan.When was this clan founded or by who, nobody knows. It was always there. Working in the shadows.
It intrigued more than 1 about the metabolism of this clan, and a shinigami from this clan was easily recognized.
Well, Shinigami in the Takeshizoku always married between themselves, some even married their blood sisters. When they gave birth, it was always twins. It was either 2 boys or girls. Never was it a boy and a girl.
However, a more surprising fact is that all boys in this clan possesed the same zanpaku-to, as well as the girls. Nobody ever understood why it was the case. And he was called Hiraishin. If a shinigami possessed this zanpaku-to, it was because he was from the Takeshizoku.
The Takeshizoku was far from a noble clan, they were in fact opportunist, lending their power to the strongest. They made sure that the strongest side of a war wins. For their service, they were rewarded with money. They all were motivated for money.
But this clan had a goal, which they were not in a haste to reach. No matter how long it takes, one day, the Takeshizoku will rule over the world.
One day, the clan's current leader, Takeshi Takuma, had his perfect life twisted by the birth of his sons. Instead of having twins, he was bestowed with triplets. His own brother, Takeshi Ozuma, saw this as a warning. A warning that meant the end of this clan. The twins had a steamy discussion over what was best for the clan.
And finally, it was decided that the triplets should be killed. It was nature's mistake, Ozuma annouced. It didnt affect Takuma, because for him, the seat of the leader was more important than the life of the 3 boys.
It was decided to kill the boys without pity. Their mother had no say in this. In fact everyone feared that the words of Ozuma were true. They all wanted to get rid of the triplets.

I could not believe that, it was inded what I was looking for.

It was all true.. Actually I am a shinigami since 150 years.. I achieved BANKAI but I can only use
