What is with me?

I felt really bad about hitting Hisa in the face with the ball. But that voice had come back. It spoke for me! Right when it brought up my pressure, I kicked the ball. Really hard. I was mad I let it control me at all. I still had no clue what it was. Sighing, I layer in bed, thinking about it. I hardly noticed that I had reached my dorm.

"Who are you?" I whispered. The voice chuckled in the back of my head.

It's not time yet for you to learn that... It whispered. I sighed. From now on, I had to keep my gaurd up.

~Suchi

Yeah, really short post. I didn't really know what to say. Recently, I've had really bad writer's block. My posts haven't been coming as often.

One Strange Night

Hisa quietly watched the sky hoping for an answer to her dilemma. But she knew that wouldn’t help. She glanced toward the school and saw Suchi walking towards her.
“Good evening Hisa.” Suchi greeted.
“Hey Suchi. What are you doing here?” Hisa asked looking back at the night sky.
“Technically I could ask you the same thing. But that’s not why I came over. I was actually wondering if I could practice with you.” Suchi stated holding out her hand.
A gentle smile spread across Hisa’s lips. “Of course. I need someone to give me some practice in goal anyways.”
Hisa sat up and took Suchi’s hand and stood up.
“So Hisa…” Suchi started kicking the ball toward the upper left of the hand corner of the net.
“What?” She asked jumping to grab the ball.
Even though she was 5’2” she could jump.
“I’m thinking about trying out for a captain’s possession. Why don’t you try out too?” Suchi suggested.
Hisa rolled the ball back. “Go ahead. I’m not going to try out.”
“Well why not?” She asked kicking the ball from the top of the eighteen.
The ball skid across the ground and Hisa dove in front and stopped the ball.
“It’s too troublesome. At least for me it is. I really don’t like having all that pressure on me. Also I think it gives someone too much power over the rest of the group. That’s why I’d rather be co captains with someone.” Hisa explained as they kept practicing.
“That’s interesting. I didn’t know that about you Hisa.” Suchi stated placing the ball on the corner of the eighteen.
‘What was that? It felt like someone spiritual pressure, but it vanished so quickly I couldn’t tell who it was.’ Hisa thought losing concentration.
“HISA LOOK OUT!” Suchi shouted as the ball went rocketing towards Hisa’s head.
It was to late the ball hit Hisa in the side of the head. The ball deflected up over the net and bounced behind it.
“Hisa are you alright?” Suchi questioned running over to her.
Hisa burst out laughing “Yea I’m fine it didn’t even hurt it just socked me is all.”
“But that was whistling.”
“I know.”
“How can you be so calm about it?”
“Well I guess that’s just how I am. It’s not the first time that’s happened.” Hisa laughed.
“Maybe we should call it a night?” Suchi sighed.
“Good idea.” Hisa agreed.
And they started heading back to the dorms. Suchi’s was on one end of the building and Hisa’s was on the other so Hisa walked with Suchi to her dorm and then started toward hers.

Well that's all i could think of at the moment.

Taking Chances and Ignoring Warnings

(Note: Shift back. :3 I got a feeling this is gonna last a while. XD I'm enjoying writing to continue it. And trust me. >> I probably would have had her say similar. ^^;)

"Actually. I do have one for you..."

I crossed my arms, relaxing slightly and feeling a slight breeze blow by. I walked over and leaned against the railing beside us, reaching up and loosening the ribbon in my hair. I let it fall into a simple ponytail and wrapping the extra ribbon around the base once again to tighten it back down.

"The seal. Most have a mark of some sort. I'd like to see it if there is one... I'm curious... And perhaps if you'd show me the eyes from the memory. Chokushi no Magan, I do believe."

'Kira? You know that's not a smart thing to do...'

'Perhaps. But I'm curious...'

'Curiousity killed the cat, Kira... And this one isn't dying tonight...'

'And satisfaction brought it back, Toorima. I'm not dying tonight either. I don't think Hadachi-san is going to kill me. Nor do I think he is... dark enough to attack someone that knows part of his past.'

'Kir-'

'Lock it up, Toorima. My words are spoken, I can't take them back.'

'Kira... You're on your own.'

She faded off again...

"She's trusting one minute, and untrusting the next. Shifty?"

"Like the snow she lived on. She's similar to me in that respect. She keeps alert. And with it being night, nothing goes un-noticed."

I closed my eyes and mentally glared at Toorima. She was interfering with my plans. I came out here to see how my fellow classmate acted off the clock. He was the one we sensed when we first came here. I knew something was different and I took my chance to find out. She was messing that up.

"Anyway,"
-
(Re-working from here)
-
I opened my eyes again and felt something stir. It was another presence...

And they were not happy about something...

"Hate to do this, Hadachi-san, but we'll have to talk later. And I'd still like to see those little hidden features if you will..."

"Ah. Very well then. A later date?"

I turned to him and nodded, standing straight and pulling my hair back up into the bun it was in before.

"A later date. Ciao, Hadachi-san!"

I bounded upwards and landed on a higher branch of the tree, taking off toward the presence I felt...

--

I followed it, slowly but surely, staying just out of range where I could barely sense them, but close enough I could follow them. It was risky, but worth it. I found Hisa practicing... And she was obviously focused on it. She didn't seem to sense me hanging about.

I noticed something however.

There were tear trails on her face...

She had been crying.

'Well, well. Wonder what upset her... Judging by the scent they are recent.'

'Very. And will you stop doing that!? I hate it when you tap my senses like that. It throws me off when you tell me something I pick up just before I get it.'

I swear she grinned at me. I could see it in the back of my head.

'Oh well. If you are so good, tell me how long ago she was crying?'

I knew she was grinning now. She knew I wasn't that good at such...

'Toorima. Why don't you tell me since you are still over-lapping my senses again...'

She chuckled and started to say something but stopped.

'We have company.'

And we did. Suchi-ru was coming up to the field. I masked my spiritual pressure as best I could and sunk down a bit, hidding in the branches of the tree I had landed in. She stopped and watched her, I did the same, only keeping alert to any of her movements.

'Anyway. It's Suchi-ru. Nothing to worry about for the moment. A time frame please?'

'She came close enough to catch a brush of your spiritual pressure, by that time she had already caught Hadachi's. That's when she turned and left. The scent is still fresh, we may have caught her five or six minutes afterward, at the most. So you tell me.'

'Something about that didn't sit well with her. Our little meeting must have set her off...'

'Exactly.'

'Great. I'm causing issues now... Lovely. Just freaking lovely.'

'Guilt trips aren't helping you. Get off it.'

'And?'

I drew away from my little mental discussion and looked back to the field. Suchi-ru was on the field now. I heard her ask Hisa something and, since I was too caught up in kicking myself for dropping my guard and not seeing that, I missed that as well. Brilliant...

'Ha.'

'Shut up. I'm ticked enough at myself. Don't rub it in.'

'I'm not. I'm making a point. You got caught up in your little world and didn't see something plain as day.'

'So I noticed. Thanks for sharing the salt.'

I prided myself on my superior tracking and sleath abilities. It was where I was highest and what I loved doing. Sneaking up on people was one of my little past-times. Today had just blown that to hell and back. I had slipped up and let my own spiritual pressure show, had I not done that, Hisa wouldn't have been hurt because of me in any sence of the word... At least not as quickly. I'd have perhaps been able to prevent that...

'Kira. Practice what you preach, my little wildcat. It's done and over with. Nothing you can do to fix it now.'

'...'

She was right. I was stuck with this one. I'd wait my time and then go see what was wrong for myself. See if I am right...

--

Well. I reworked and ran with it. Hope you two like how I did that. :3 Pick it up and run with it if you wish.

So lost! O.o

Yeah... I've been busy, and I have no clue what the heck is going on. Luckily, Suchi's not in the plot line yet, so... Here goes! Sorry if I mess anything up!

I wandered around that night. I played with my feet in the pond for a bit, found it boring, and walked on. I made it a habit of always cloaking my spiritual pressure, and rarely did I pay attention to others' spiritual pressures. As I walked on, I thought about classes. Everybody was so busy! And tonight, it seemed like everyone was up, doing something or another. A random thought passed my mind.

I'm so close to 2nd grade! When I reach it, I get my zanpakuto! What will it be like? Will it be constant release, or will I have to call it out every time? Will it be male or female? I couldn't wait!

Just then, I found myself near the soccer feild. Hisa was down there, shooting penalty shots. That's right! The soccer game was coming up! Maybe I could run for captain or something. Finding Hisa interesting to watch, I came up and sat down, watching intently. I was okay at soccer. Not exactly the best, but at times I can kick some serious butt. After a while, I approached her, to ask if I could join her...

~~~
Yeah... continue please?
Hisa Little Secret
Hisa was walking around the dorms. She love the smell of the evening air. Dusk faded into night over the period of her walk. She stopped suddenly when she felt someone's spiritual pressure.
'Vathana must be close by... maybe i'll talk to him for a bit. And apologize for earlier today.' She laughed sheepishly to herself as she starteed walking again.
She hid her spritual pressure so she could sneak up on him. No one has succeeded in scaring him before but heck it was worth a shot. She slowed down her pace when she felt Kira's spiritual pressure come into the picture.
'Why did it have to be her?' Hisa's heart sank.
"Hisa. What cha' doin'?" Kikyo whispered in Hisa's ear.
Hisa jumped. She usually isn't firghtened that easily but she was so deep in thought she didn't even realize that Kikyo was right behind her.
"K-kikyo... don't to that." Hisa sighed her heart racing.
"I'm sorry Hisa. I didn't mean to scare you honest. I just wanted to say thank you for everything that you've done." Kikyo stated with a sheepish smile.
"Don't worry about it. That's what friends do." Hisa smiled back trying to hide her depression.
"Hisa what's wrong?" Kikyo questioned with concern.
"It's nothing don't worry about it. I'm going to go to bed. I'll see you tomorrow morning Kikyo." Hisa asnwered with a slight laugh in her voice as she turned around going back to her dorm.
Kikyo watched her friend walk to the last door down the long walk way and open the door. She could feel that something was wrong but she didn't want to push Hisa to tell her so she moved on.
Hisa quietly shut the door and slid down the door. A tear streamed down her cheek. It was pitch black in the room.
'why?' She tought shifting her body to look out the window.
The stars were twinkling like they normally did. But that didn't cheer her up like it usually did.
'Why does...she have to be so cool?' She tought wiping the tears from her face.
She stood back up and wlaked out of her room heading to the soccer feild. She was hoping that would clear her head. The soccer feild was copletely deserted. Why wouldn't it be so late at night. The soccer ball was where they left it earlier that day. She laughed half hartedly beacuse that's what they also did for gym class to it get everyone to be prepared for the teams. She kicked the ball to the eighteen box and placed the ball on the penalty mark. Hisa pulled her hair out of it's pony tail and it fell down to just pass her shoulders.Her bangs slid in front of her face. Running her fingers threw her hair she pulled it back and retied it. After that she backed up slightly and focused on the goal. She didn't get to do this to often. Hisa kept at the pently shots for quite some time. Then she finally laied down in the cold grass sand staired up at the sky.
