Sorry! I had to cut my post short! Here is the continuation!

"Suchi..." said Niikashira. Her double-voice was calming.
"I hate her!" I cried. "I may not know much about her, and she may look like me, but I hate her!" A name came to my head. "Ru. That's what I'll call her. I don't like just saying 'her' all the time."
"Well, that last part was random, but okay! Let's go with that." Niikashira laughed. "Anyway, you still have me! I'll help you out. I might even let you try for Bankai." With a sniff, I look over at her.
"Thanks."
"But you might want to try using Shikai first." I laughed.
"Well, I haven't had to use it yet, but I will, sometime." She gave me puppy dog eyes.
"PWEEZ?" She begged.
"Heh! Sure, why not? I could use some practice to get my mind off things." I picked up the zanpakuto and walked out to the field. The metal dummy stood there, taunting me. I smirked.
"Ready?" I asked Niikashira. A low, double growl came from my zanpakuto.
"Yochi bo-n sai o kaji! (The earth reborn in fire!)" The was a burst of flames, and when they died, my zanpakuto now appeared as a silver, chain link whip. On the bottom of the hilt, an golden dragon head was just below my hand. At the end of the whip, a twin dragon head appeared to be growling. I snaked the shikai form of Niikashira infront of me. Ferosciously, I attacked the metal target. It was badly dented and scratched already, and I had barely any effect on it.
Back up a little Niikashira told me.
"But I won't be able to reach!"
Just do it!
Following her orders, I backed up and swung the chain directly toward the target. Snapping taunt, she held stiff, and the mouth of the dragon on the end opened. A fireball formed quickly in its mounth, then shot out at the target. I had to hold my zanpakuto with both hands and bend my knees to avoid being thrown backwards.
When the fire dissappeared, there was nothing left of the dummy except some melted metal on the ground.
"Very good!" came a voice behind me. I whirled around to face Captain Zaraki. His second seat peeped up over his shoulder.
"That was cool!" she said. "Nobodies actually destroyed any of the metal dummies since Kenny went to school here!"
"Of course, I was the one to destroy it," he said. He appeared to be thinking of some memory.
"Yes sir!" I said bowing. "Thank you!"
"Good zanpakuto you got there," he noted, "And only at shikai! I'd hate to see the Bankai of that thing!" I blushed.
"Oh, well, I hope to acheive it someday. Niikashira said she would teach me." He nodded.
"Your spiritual pressure is quite strong, too." I nodded. I just noticed it had increased, and was a bit more rigid. Ru appeared more present than usual.
"Yes, well, about that..." I started.
"We don't need to know anything that you don't need to tell us," he said. I nodded. He turned to leave.
"Bye Suchi! See you arround!" called his assistant captain from his back. She was so cute!
"They're nice" said Niikashira, appearing behind me. She had returned to her original form. I put her once again over my back. "But you know something isn't right." I sighed.
"I know. She not gone yet. If anything, she's coming back..." Suddenly, she hit hard. I fell on my knees. "Go away! LEAVE ME ALONE!" I doubled over, holding my head. Finally, she stopped.
"Are you okay?" came a worried voice.
