Ru was grumbling in my head almost constantly. I was eternally thankful to Rai for removing the hollow mask. Then I heard Rai shout.
"Leave me ALONE!" Came his voice. I ran over to see him talking to that creepy, psyco scientist captain who's name I couldn't recall.
"Hey, you heared the man! Let him go!" He and his assistant looked at me. I took out Niikashira and released her. "Rai saved my butt, I owe him. Now leave!"
"Ooh! Your the one with the strange whip zanpakuto! Maybe I could test on you, too!"
"Heck no! I enjoy the way I look. I don't need to have a freakin' special 'apps' to beat you!" I held my sword at the ready, and got between Rai and the captain. He faced the assistant. "You ready for this?" I asked. He pulled out his sword.
"Ready!" he said. I got into a defensive position...
