Vathana walked over and smacked me up side the head.
“I deserved that.” I laughed rubbing the side of my head.
“Don’t be so reckless. I’ve told you this already.” He said smiling.
I looked past everyone around me and saw Toma stumbling away. I got up but Akane tried to pull me back down.
“Don’t get up yet.” She ordered me.
I pulled my hand away. “I’m fine.” I pushed threw everyone and ran to Toma.
“HI!” I chirped.
She looked away from me.
“Come on don’t be down. Every things fine again. We can go home.” I got in front of her. “I’m not going to let you go until you smile.”
She didn’t look at me. I shifted her head so we could see each others face. And I smiled gently at her.
“Are you trying to hit on me?” She asked. It looked like she was trying not to smile back.
“If it gets you to smile.” I hugged her. “I’m not letting go. You’re my best friend. A friendship never ends you know that.”
“And Any friend of Hisa’s is a friend of mine.” Akane stated running over.
“And you’ll always have me.” Rai smiled resting a hand on her shoulder.
Everyone else walked over.
“You see we may be different and come from different places but in a way we’re all family. And we’ll always be in each others hearts. ”
She smiled at me. “Thank you.” She whispered.
