*Flashback*
"Takumi, Raidon. Under various circumstances, we are at the point where you should be exspelled from the Academy." The headmaster explained as he wen down the list of rules Rai has unintentionally broken.
It wasn't my fault in the first place! If I get exspelled......I can't do anything...I"m at the mercy of the rulebook... Rai thought sadly.
"However, we have thought of an appropriate punishment, also at the offering of a certain captain. At Mayuri's discussion, you are to help Mayuri in his lab for one night. You are to do anything he requests of you." Rai turned death pale. He was about to say something, anything to oppose this 'death sentence', but remained quiet.
*End Flashback*
Rai was walking to his dorm to take a nap before 'his execution', but as he approached his dorm, he saw a few bags with a small girl nearby. Upon getting closer, Rai knew who the person was. The girl had brown hair and hazel eyes, and ws about 12 years old. The moment she saw him, she pointed annoyingly and nagged him.
"Brother, what are you doing out so late?! You are supposed to be at your dorm right now!" She said, getting more annoyed by the second. A small black, white, and brown dog walked and sat by her feet, looking up. Rai sighed and turned to face his little sister.
"YOU are in no position to talk, Kaori. You should be home by now, IN BED." He said sternly.
"Well, I am home for the next few months." That sentence caught Rai off guard and he nearly died.
"B-b-b-but..." Rai stammered. Kaori expalined that their parents wanted to have her get interestd in something, but everything they tried haven't worked. Then, they got the 'brillant' idea of sending Kaori to live and observe Rai at the academy for a month or two. Before Rai could say anything, the dog began barking and jumping.
"2 things; 1: Did you have to bring Faji? 2:Are you gonna be a headache?" Rai asked, looking at the fluffy dog.
"Yes, I did; and no, not at all." Kaori said as she picked up Faji. Rai could tell she was lying. Sighing, he picked up the bags and went to help her move in. After everything was said and done, Rai gave his sister a lecture.
"Now, I'm gonna be gne fo4 the night. Feel free to get your bed ready and sleep, but you can't stay up, got it?"
"Who are you, my mother?"
Rai tried not to snap, but instead sighed and left.
