Toma stood still. Her face was still with shock. Blood splattered on her face. She wanted to scream.
The arrancar had Rai pinned to the wall. The pain and anger in his eyes were enough to unhinge Toma.
She grabbed a sword on her belt.
"Who are you," she demanded, "I have seen you before!!!"
"My apalogy, " the arrancar said, "I'm Taichi, and I'm Rai's father."
Toma looked at Rai. He looked down.
She glared at Taichi. "Let him go, now!" she said.
"Toma, leave it to me," Rai said.
"No", Toma said, "I'll deal with him."
Taichi smirked. He pulled the sword out of Rai's shoulder. "I wonder if your fun to fight."
Toma lifted the sword tip up to her hand. With a quick slice, her hand began to bleed. Blood dripped onto the sword.
"Kuchiki Secret Technique, Konjou Tsuchi (Earth Spirit)!"
Taichi watched in amusement.
Toma put the sword in the ground. The ground absorbed the sword.
"This is not my zanpokto," Toma explained, "Mine is rather different."
"The Kuchiki clan has long been tied with the element earth. Both mine and Byakuya's swords prove this. Long ago, a kuchiki by the name of Sorasuke made a technique that could only be used by Kuchiki's who used zanpokto's related to earth, earth being nature. In the place of blood and this sword, I can control every bit of earth."
The plants and trees looked thretening, the earth began to shake.
Taichi smiled. "Really," He said.
