The rain didn't let up, I could barely see anything, I couldn't feel anything, but the water kept falling all around me, lightning erupted through the sky.
I was lying there on my side with raindrops hitting me, my eyes were clouded, but I was breathing, but there was a pool of blood under me, I wasn't near anything, but I knew I was on a rooftop.
...It's so dark... I thought. What happened...I can't...what...?
I saw a sword nearby, but it was far away from my hand, I turned myself, and looked straight up at the sky, blood went down the side of my mouth, and I coughed a bit, rain and blood around me.
Something flashed in my mind, fighting, blades, roaring, clashing...
"... I've got to get up..." I murmured, but I turned and looked to the left...and saw golden hair...
My eyes widened. "Ki..rei..."
She was lying there, I couldn't tell if she was breathing, but she coughed, and I saw her look at me, she smiled a little.
"I told you, I promise...to come back to you..." She said.
"Kirei...I'm so...glad your alright..." I said weakly... "What about...everyone...else...?"
"I don't know...I can't remember what happened...but...I do know that they're all here too..." She said, I turned and then forced myself up, breathing hard and feeling weak, not a good combo, but I forced it anyways.
"We need to go find everyone else..." I said crawling over, and then I collapsed near her, she nodded, and held her hand out, I reached over and grasped it.
"Together..." She said, I smirked a bit, my bangs covering one of my eyes.
"Together..." I answered.
