I yawned and opened my eyes. Another day, more training time. I thought as I crawled out of bed. I got dressed quickly, grabbed Sosobutai and rushed out to the training grounds. I have been traing for a long time now, I think I’m getting stronger. I thought.
Yeah, but you still are terrible at you know what… I heard her say.
“So what?” I said.
You really need to listen to your instincts, I think you’ll find something is missing. She said. I stopped suddenly. Oh, no, something’s wrong. I thought. I gasped. Hisa! I stood still for a second as I searched for her spiritual pressure. I couldn’t find it. I knew what I had to do. I rushed off, determined to get to Hisa.

I ran through the streets, I felt Hisa’s presence. I’m so stupid! Stupid stupid stupid! I’ve been focused on training that I didn’t even know what was going on around me all this time! I thought. I found her finally. I knew it was Rai that was with her, but something was very wrong with him. “HISA! I yelled at her.
“I’m a little busy at the moment Akane.” She yelled back.
“Just kill it!” I yelled back at her. After all, that couldn’t be Rai, could it?
“I would but there’s one problem that hallow is Rai his Zanpoktou has gone bezerk.” She landed right next to me. No, this isn’t happening…“Watch out.” She said grabbing me and pulling me out of harms way. She let me go, but I noticed she was bleeding.
“Hisa you’re hurt.” I said concerned.
“Do you think you could heal him Akane?” She asked.
I nodded “But I can’t do it alone.”
“Alright; Scream Tanaka!” She yelled. “Rai I know you’re in there wake up.” She was able to trip him up, and we ran over to him. I pulled out Soso. Ha, what a nickname. I though randomly. Alright, back to business.
“I know a song that can send one person into his mind.” I looked at Hisa.
“What…me?? Why me?” She asked. Duh, seriously? I thought
“Because I’m the one singing the spell.” I flicked her in the forehead.
“Ow.” She said.
“You won’t have very long.” I searched through my play list and found Savin’ Me. I started singing, and both Rai and Hisa went limp. As I sang I thought to myself. How could I let this happen? I’m so dead when Hisa gets back here. I thought. I hoped that she was getting somewhere, I saw Rai twitch. The song ended, and both Rai and Hisa became conscious again, they both gasped for air, but were very much alive. I didn’t wait for them to say anything. I started on my healing song and they were both completely fine by the time I was done. I stopped and waited for what they were going to say to me.
