True story: Christmas actually comes on the 28th
So after a bit of struggle, my dad finally came home from the hospital yesterday. He was relieved to be home, to say the least, but the hardship isn't quite over yet, unfortunately. He still has some healing to do, and I don't know how long it wil...I love watching women do little chores around the home.
So creepy. Ick. Time for a new vote for the first time in forever! Yay! 1. The Philadelphia Story (1940): Tracy Samantha Lord Haven is a Philadelph...I guess I want to be remembered.
The Stepford Wives won the vote, so we'll be watching that this coming Tuesday, Dec. 14, at the usual time, 10 p.m. EDT/7 p.m. PDT. The movie is 117 minutes long. The room will be called Stepford, and the password will be c...I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

So, I have plenty of reason to be cheery today: My dad was able to have surgery last night, and it was a success! We're hoping he'll be able to come home tomorrow, but that depends on his blood sugar levels; the doctors want to get that stabilized before they let him go. I'm just glad it was finally able to happen -- I'm sure it's a huge relief for him!
