Haven't seen any of the others you've mentioned (onto the list they go!), but I wasn't a fan of Reality Bites. It hasn't aged well at all -- the characters came off as corny to me, especially Ethan Hawke's (who is usually a good actor).
All the little animals. A life less ordinary. Little Voice. The Chumscrubber. Stay. Reality Bites. The United States of Leland. Falling Down. La cité des enfants perdus.
Cool Runnings was one of my favorite movies when I was younger, since it was repeatedly on the non-sucky version of Disney Channel. It is a lot of funny stuff, I can assure you.
I watched Shadow Magic on Miss A's request a while back and liked it. Also saw Slumdog Millionaire in theaters and liked it a lot. The soundtrack rocks.
The others I've not seen, though. On the list they go!
Are you open to being a test subject for a movie I haven't seen? If so, I hesitantly recommend When Nietzsche Wept.
Man oh man, I cannot pull my Nietzschean Übermensch strength together to watch this thing. I've seen bits of it, but do I really want to watch the entire thing? One part of me does want to watch it, however, mainly for self-mortification. But yeah, if you don't watch this I'll definitely understand!
Kikujirô no natsu is a nice little movie, on the other hand. It's good for a laugh or two--or three.
Edit: Actually, DO NOT watch the former movie. If you do, I'll weep for you. What was I thinking!?
Edit 2: I can't believe I typed "on" instead of "oh". I haven't even seen the movie and it's already ruined me.

... OH MY GOSH YOU HAVEN'T SEEN FIDDLER ON THE ROOF WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?
Go. Now. :I
EDIT: Also, I noticed a lack of Secondhand Lions on your list. Fix this as well plz kthnx.
EDIT 2: Phantom of the Opera (2004) is worth giving a shot if you see it, so keep that in mind too.
EDIT 3: I just thought of another one that may be harder to find but is so worth it if you can. Okuribito. I saw it in Japanese class and it was fabulous.

I'll probably get back to you on some things eventually, but now I'm glad I've got this handy reference. :D
As of right now, I could recommend anything with Cary Grant, some of the more basic musicals like Fiddler on the Roof, The Unsinkable Molly Brown, Oklahoma! and the Music Man (unless I missed them on your list somehow)...and something else, but I can't remember what because The Incredible Mr. Limpet just took over my brain. = = ...and it's now fighting with Cool Runnings. Nice.

Oh, oh, oh! Speaking of Ethan Hawke, "Tape" :D
But yeah, you're right, Reality Bites doesn't age well. I still say it should be seen by those who haven't, just for the sake of having seen it :p

@Miss Anonymous:
My brother and sister watched Secondhand Lions a while back and liked it a lot. I'll probably get it and watch it with them.
I read a few reviews of Okuribito a while back and thought it sounded interesting. That's totally shooting up my request queue.
EDIT: Bah, the only copy of Okuribito seems to not include English subs. =/

Shadow Magic, The New World, Sophie Scholl: The Final Days, Slumdog Millionaire.
(I was too lazy to check the list, so please excuse if you've already watched any of these.)
EDIT: Oh yeah. Spy Games. It wins for putting Robert Redford and Brad Pitt in the same movie.
