End of the Week

I wish I didn't have to do this, but with the way things are developing for me, I'll have to bid a fond farewell to My Week in Anime after 70 weeks (that number still boggles my mind) of writing.

Writing it has never been a chore for me; however, with my continued adjustment to my full-time job, my increased ambitions over at the other blog and my life outside the 'net (wait, that exists?!), my mind is feeling more than a bit worn, which is obviously the opposite result of hobbies, haha. So these posts are the unfortunate victim.

I won't jettison anime here completely (I enjoy it too much to do that); I'd like to make shorter individual posts about series I watch, if only because shows like Hataraki Man, Kemonozume, etc. should not slip through the cracks. I'll probably do season round-ups, too, since I'd have to write that once every few months. What an easy workload!

Everyone who read and commented: I definitely appreciate the support, because, you know, the whole point of writing them is so that people get something from them. If I influenced someone to pick up a kickass series or two along the way, then I'm happy. (Unless I somehow influenced you to pick up some piece of ass like Ookamikakushi or Kurokami -- then you have my deepest apologies.)
