• Ben is super duper awesome. He gets all the best lines, and I love it whenever he breaks out the five-second "Are you a fucking idiot?????" stare before answering random questions (usually to Locke). I also enjoy how he causes you to run the gamut of emotions: I felt bad because he seemed genuinely sad about leaving the island, but at the same time, he was like a little child after he killed Keamy and caused the C4 to explode. "So?" He was also really scary when he stabbed Keamy.
• There was no way that guy hanging around outside the asylum wasn't going to die after Sayid spoke up. Unusually messy death for Lost, too. Yeesh.
• I'm really interested to see where the writers go with Sun. Actually, I would kind of like to see her as a villain, if only because I think Yunjin Kim would be really good at it. Not like the Oceanic 6 have to all be on the same page to get back to the island together. Plus, if Sun becomes totally evil, then we can officially nickname her "The Korean Bitchslap," and I think everyone comes out a winner on that one.
• There were about 50 million deep-voiced Walt jokes made by my siblings and me before Walt actually spoke in his scene with Hurley.
• Locke is hilarious. "Wait until you see what I'm going to do ... just as soon as I find these flowers. Wait. Wait, hold on. OK, I think I have them now ... just a second ..."
• PENNY AND DESMOND YAY YAY YAY
• Until Ben showed at the funeral parlor looking like he'd just stepped out of The Lost Boys, I thought either Desmond or Frank was going to be in the coffin. Locke being in there is much more interesting (and relieving lol), though, and it sets up a shitload of flashbacks about what happened on the island.
• Once again, if Kate lives, and Jin dies, then there will be hell to pay. Here's something to ponder, though: Is it worth it to have Jin die if his death turns Sun evil and she goes on to kill Kate for doing a crappy job of retrieving Jin? I'm honestly torn, although there is no way this actually happens.
• I'm dying to know why the Others so desperately need a leader if they have Richard Alpert around, and I'm definitely giving intense thought to the currently popular theory that Charlotte = Ben's crush, Annie.
• TIME TRAVELING. I'm a big time travel geek, so I instantly like Lost at least 500 times more now.
