So, Des and I will finish Sister Princess tonight (thank the gods!), which means my Friday nights will be freed up. (And also my Saturday mornings since I won't have to write long, disturbing fictional stories anymore.) I've done some clandestine tests for all the equipment/programs I'll be using for streaming (all video evidence has been sneakily erased :P), and everything seems to work just fine, so I'll be ready to go next week!

Once again, I plan for these Friday night streams to be relatively brief affairs: no more than a couple of hours or so per week since they'll start so late. (I can't give a definite time, because it varies from week to week, but I usually get home some time between 10:45 and 11:30 p.m. PST on Fridays.) I'd be willing to go longer if people are like, "YEAH, KEEP GOING" but honestly, I'll probably be fading by the end of most of the streams, haha.

I already have my first three games picked out, and I have ideas for more in the future. I want this first one to be a surprise just for fun, but do you all want the games to continue being secret afterward, or would you rather know what they are beforehand? I'm fine with either option, haha.

And, of course, I'll take suggestions for games to play. For now I want to stick with the 8- and 16-bit era of games, and even though the first game will be something I've played before, I'd prefer to stick with something I haven't played, because that will make for streaming that is more fun for both myself and you folks. But, yeah, I'm down for just about anything, as long as it's good and I can have fun playing it. Suggest away, people!

EDIT: The requisite reminder bump! I'll ping the usual streaming suspects on Twitter when I'm on my way home from work tonight. Hopefully my bosses are on their game tonight, and we can get everything done efficiently! (Now that I've written this, I've basically guaranteed that tonight will be awful.)
