Like 'Gome, I have seen many more series since the last time I posted, and thus, I have seen many more beautiful ladies. (lolololol) Now I shall honor them. Yay!
By the way, I am still going to do the ol' My Week in Anime spiel later today. Right now it is nearly midnight my time as I post this. xD
Ayumi: Yes, she is occasionally, "ZETSUBOU SHITA" but I love her nonetheless. Her character design is adorable, and she is my kind of girl: She's sweet and smart, but if you cross her, she will beat the holy hell out of you. A most excellent combination. Plus, her eventual coupling (Ayu x Nomiya) is my favorite in the series. I love it whenever she teams up with Hagu, too. So adorable. <3
Eva: Reading the manga reminded me how much I love Eva. She's really hot in a, "OMG this lady is friggin' NUTS" kind of way. It is just about inevitable that I fall for the tough women or the crazy women. Jeez. Eva's development is also possibly the most interesting in Monster; she changes a lot from where she is in the beginning of the series (and goes through a lot of crazy along the way <3). Plus, I am a total sucker for characters with deep obsessions, and her obsession with Dr. Tenma is about as deep as they come.
Kati: Haha, admittedly Kati is here mainly for aesthetics, since she has not done that much in Gundam 00 (although she is much more prominent in season two, much to my happiness). But what aesthetics! It's as if the Gundam 00 character designers put a pipeline into my brain and out came Kati. Plus, after she punched out Patrick in her debut episode (and then promised to make him into a man later in the season <3), there was no way I couldn't love her. Furthermore, LOOK AT KATI IN COLLEGE, MY GOSH. *sedated*
Sei: Sei is freaking awesome. I love how sly she is and the way she dotes on Yumi (and the way she toys with Sachiko while she does this), and her backstory (which is sadder and more tragic than Sachiko learning how to order food, sorry girls) is the best in the series. I'm getting chills remembering how good it is. What season four of Marimite needs is a heaping helping of Sei. I DEMANDS IT.
Chane: Good looking AND a wizard with knives. DO WANT.
Kozue: It was a tough choice between Kozue and Shiori. Thinking about it, though, Kozue is a bit crazier than Shiori, so into the harem she goes. Kozue is fine on her own, but it's when she's insane with power and destroying poor Miki's life that she is at her most beautiful and interesting. Plus, uh, UNIFORM, ANYONE?? <3
Horo: Um, it's Horo. Yes plz. Everything she does is awesome.
Arashi: She could have just jumped around and sliced the crap out of everything, and I probably would have liked her, but near the end of X she is involved in one of the best stories in the series, and it took my love of her over the top. Her ill-fated romance with Sorata is so wonderful and sad, and her brief turn to evil shocked me and is done really well. Did I mention she also kicks a lot of ass?? Because she does. <3
