OMGEEEEE!!!!! I GOT THE PART!!! I GOT THE PART!! <3
those who read my last journal on DeviantART.com know that i've been working hard on showcases and what not, BUT i've recently had a part in an independent film and have been working hard to get a role in an independent play in NYC and...i got it!! TT U TT <3 i've been working so HARD learning the dance for the audition and preparing my song and monologue and wow...it was such an amazing experience!! my fiance ~Giname and my cousin Mylee (who also auditioned AND GOT A ROLE) had never seen me act and told me i made their eyes tear up ; U ; i played a scene from "Brokeback Mountain" where Alma confront Enis about his affair with Jack LOL and i chose to sing my rendition of "Sally's Song" from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" making it very theatrical and "choir-esque" :3 it was such a rush to perform and finally share this side of myself with my loved ones and of COURSE with the director! and i'm happy to say i got the role i wanted!!! *dances* this is going to be such an amazing experience, especially now that both myself of my cousin Mylee will not only be performing together BUT our characters are best friends in the play *evillaugh* we'll be playing the villains LOL good timesss = w = <3
**the play is planned to be performed in January, so please keep an eye out for updates! :D i'll be sharing photos, films and updates on FaceBook about this performance and ALL other projects including conventions and gallery showcases! thank you to EVERYONE who has added me on FB recently! ; U ; it means sooo much to me guys!! *cuddles*
