So yeah. Still not done yet.

Lots of late workshops.

My idiot friends ambushed me just before I finished work. They had been wanting to see Your Highness ever since it came out, and I had been declining nonstop because of cosplay workshop responsibilities (if I'm not at home, then people can't get in to work on stuff).

So, they caught me after work, figuring I wouldn't be sewing that late anyway.

Fuckers.

Anyway, movie was fun. Quite enjoyed it. Laughed much. Further, I was reminded how much I love Natalie Portman - you don't hear a girl proverbially mention "a burning in my beaver" and not fall in love a little.

Seriously, Natalie, why did you let yourself get knocked up by your dancing instructor? So tragic . . .

At the computer, just mindin' my business . . .

11:53pm . . .

Rain's smackin' the windows nicely . . .When suddenly through the spaces in the blinds . . . FLASH!

Entire window lit up. Holy shit, epic lightning! And with light like that, it must be close . . .

KRAKA-THOOM!!! I swear I could feel the thunder rumble just now. Like, it shook the air or something.

And now it's just wind and rain all around.

Alright, that was pretty cool.

Also, it's definitely the building rumbling with the thunder, not the air. Definitely felt the floor shaking from it.

Yeah, definitely cool.
