I'm SomeGuy, 29 years old, residing in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I've studied English Literature, Chinese Martial Arts, and am currently pursuing careers in writing - possibly even in the anime industry itself.
And I work for this site.
And you should be watching Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad.
Or watching Ranma 1/2.
Or learning about the Shinsengumi.
Or planning to visit Vancouver, The Best Place On Earth (actual marketing motto).
Here at the "Smallville" page, I have my personal blog where I'll post about anything and everything. If ya need me or otherwise need to know anything from/about me, here's where I'll be.
If you're really looking for my more professional, site-type stuff, you wanna head over my "Metropolis" world.

I've had "Hey, Soul Sister" in my head pretty much nonstop the past 24 hours. Totally not my fault, first they sang it on Glee and then they featured it twice on Being Erica on Wednesday (and it was a really cute scene too).
Good ol' 4 chord songs . . .
Other than that, I finished Starcraft 2's single player campaign yesterday and I work a couple no-tax days this weekend. Also, kinda being a little confrontational with a girl right now. Probably won't end well, I figure.
That's me right now. Really, I need to start Christmas shopping instead of worrying about all this other stuff . . .
So y'know that Uncharted game series I love? The one with the treasure thief who goes around hunting down pretty artifacts, killing pirates, and otherwise being a loveable jerkass with permastubble?
Well, first off, they announced they wan...
Gets even better because they're Canadian. Example:
Thanks again to the chat types who linked me to this to begin with. These guys have made my week. I mean, my week that doesn't pertain to insurance or Starcraft 2.
Have a lot of friends at work who have been bugging me to hurry up and get Starcraft 2. Well, a couple weeks ago one of them went out of his way to even buy it for me. Last week the guys were over and even installed it for me since I hadn't even opened the box yet.
Yesterday I finally started playing it. It runs decently on my computer, go fig'. In any case, I'm in it for the single player. I don't have it in me to get all ultra-competitive like everyone else in the world.
Other than that . . . I'm kinda sad about Mark Wahlberg being cast for the Uncharted movie, and I renewed some insurance but not too much because I need to bring my car in for Air Care first (BC is kinda dumb like that). The joys of being out on your own, I tell ya . . .
I find it hilarious that my store had Black Friday type sales today (and will have a bit more tomorrow). Canada has Boxing Day the day after Christmas to get retarded for shopping, so it was interesting to see what kind of stuff we had on sale in my department.
For one, a PSP bundled with LittleBigPlanet, a memory card, and a UMD of "The Karate Kid" all for $129.99 (Canadian dollars, no less).
Regular price for JUST the PSP alone is $169.99, so yeah.
Anyway, friend wanted me to tell her when we had sales for PSPs, so I told her. She said she was strapped for cash, I told her she could pay me back whenever. I do know where she lives, after all.
So yes. The "Terri Tab" begins . . . bwahaha . . .
