I'm SomeGuy, 29 years old, residing in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I've studied English Literature, Chinese Martial Arts, and am currently pursuing careers in writing - possibly even in the anime industry itself.
And I work for this site.
And you should be watching Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad.
Or watching Ranma 1/2.
Or learning about the Shinsengumi.
Or planning to visit Vancouver, The Best Place On Earth (actual marketing motto).
Here at the "Smallville" page, I have my personal blog where I'll post about anything and everything. If ya need me or otherwise need to know anything from/about me, here's where I'll be.
If you're really looking for my more professional, site-type stuff, you wanna head over my "Metropolis" world.

I own a wok now. Can I be considered more Chinese than not yet?
In other news, Sega is FINALLY posting some PAX stuff again! Still no ultra Valkyrian camwhoriness just yet, but soon I hope . . . also, I think I might write this one out in a full length version. Haven't done that in a while. Might give me a reason to dust off ol' Metropolis over there, nya?
Also, "huggy" is a real word apparently, with an adverb form of "huggier". Go fig'.
Also, random thought regarding people: it's incredibly frustrating when you have just about everything in common with a person, but never ever at the same time. Just sayin'.
I'll post more Valkyria-related stuff later once Sega posts it. But yeah, PAXtravaganza was the fucking bomb. Probably one of the best convention trips we have ever done. Everything about it was so rushed and ridiculous, and yet in the end it was all just so much fun. Great, great weekend.
I'll say more about that later as well. But I've more or less been on the road for about 5 hours now, so I shall sleep instead.
Dr. Haraguchi (so called because he has a PhD and the name in his spot on the outside apartment directory never got changed) uploaded our movie!
Since I don't think I mentioned it prior (or if I did, a refresher), this year's film race in Vancouver had the following requirements: The Theme: Impossible. Surprise Element: A kiss.
Ladies and gentlemen, on behalf of Into The Blue Productions, I present: Resistance.
