I'm SomeGuy, 29 years old, residing in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I've studied English Literature, Chinese Martial Arts, and am currently pursuing careers in writing - possibly even in the anime industry itself.
And I work for this site.
And you should be watching Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad.
Or watching Ranma 1/2.
Or learning about the Shinsengumi.
Or planning to visit Vancouver, The Best Place On Earth (actual marketing motto).
Here at the "Smallville" page, I have my personal blog where I'll post about anything and everything. If ya need me or otherwise need to know anything from/about me, here's where I'll be.
If you're really looking for my more professional, site-type stuff, you wanna head over my "Metropolis" world.

It's less than a week until Remembrance Day on Wednesday.
I need to start gearing up for my annual thing again. I don't have a lot of drawn out stories planned just yet - just a lot of bits and half-complete images so far. I think I'll save those images and such for the last day, and it should be good.
For the rest . . . we'll have to see. Anyone have any ideas?
This also reminds me, I need to pick up a poppy still . . .
I still need to fix it so YouTube doesn't 4:3 my 16:9 videos . . . grr . . . also, I mumble so you may wanna turn it up a bit (and no, it won't scream at you). Other than that, there's a hilarious bit at the very end that site-goers might enjoy:
I also drove my first one-tonne truck on Sunday - hella scary but exciting.
And I have way too much furniture.
Most importantly, though . . . the last tenant's cable was still connected so I was booting off of that for a few days . . . then, when I finally called Shaw to transfer my account, I found out that since everything was already connected and that they wouldn't have to send a technician out to me . . . all I had to do was plug in all my stuff and it would go.
So internet is back far quicker than I had possibly imagined. So I'm back, baby! I'll share a quick tour of the new pad within the week, I'm sure.
Meantimes, Being Erica is on now, so I'll be off. Toodles!
I'm spending the better part of the day working as a Federal exam monitor up at the university. 7am morning. Sick. One-day contract work pays well, though, so yay.
After that . . . Halloween night shall most likely be packing, boxing, and then playing Uncharted 2 for double-experience and other fun stuff. Mostly packing, though.
