Probable Overreaction . . .

Alright, the snow wasn't that bad yesterday at all. There was only about five or seven centimeters, the streets were clear, and it was completely sunny in the morning. So basically, the best of a pretty snowfall without all the death generally involved. Actually quite a beautiful day.

Some allege it was still cold as balls, but I didn't find it too bad. So yeah, snow wasn't too bad.

Working no-tax still sucked, though. Busy as hell, sold lots of TVs, etc. etc.. We may also have a couple more next weekend, though I imagine we'll be sold out of everything by then. Maybe.

Other than that, caught a late showing of Deathly Hallows: Part 1 last night. And maaaaan, those movies got super dark and serious! When you compare it to how often you were snickering and giggling at all the points in the last movie, you literally have no chances to relax and laugh. For so much of the movie it's dreary and depressing and you get no release from it until a giant column of fire comes out of nowhere - and you milk that column of fire for everything it's worth, because you don't know when your next chance will be.

Enjoyed it a lot, though. Though I'm back in LotR mode going "damnit, we have to wait how long before the next one?!"

Ah well. All's well. And now it's time to make some food.

I'm thinking bacon.
