I'm excited. I'm really excited. Things are starting to all fall into place.

All we need now . . . are some more members knowing that we have a meet-up going on at all . . .

Just put a big shiny link on the front page for people to hopefully see - really, that's about as good as I can hope this point on. So we'll see what happens. And for the record, every time I promote something in the Hot Box / Highlights, I always kinda chuckle, sigh, and think about how I have way too much power at this site . . .

It's kinda cool. And I promise, I'll never abuse it. Or I'll try to never abuse it.

I did come up with one conclusion, though: I'm totally game for publishing personal stories/essays about people and their experiences with anime or gaming. I think those are the kinds of things that can really inspire the community and stuff, y'know? So I think I'm gonna do that more often . . .
