Hello lovelies! Wow this is my first guest post ever =^.^= kinda exciting!
What I'd like to talk about this fine Wednesday evening is an old song called Hiru no Tsuki or Daytime Moon as a rough translation. This is one of the two closing theses to the anime OutLaw Star. From what I remember it was in Toonami for a brief time back when I was in grade school. (God I feel old saying that!) while I don't remember to much about the anime, the music stuck with me.
For real guys, I can't tell you how many times I've played this song as a lullaby. It's soft, smooth, and relaxing to the point where everything sort of melts away. I feel like I'm sitting under a cherry tree by a lake when listening to this music. It's...it's jus very important to me and I want to share this feeling with you all.
Why am I just now bringing this up? I recently found an English translation that isn't so rough around the edges and flow disruptive. I will share the original piece as well as the new found translation.
