You pull me back from the very verge of slitting my own wrists
Your voice calms my entire demeanor
Even though I tried not to
I somehow fell into the fiery pits of love
Like you told me
But I didn't listen
You are my best friend ever
You never judged me
You always listened with a willing ear
Even though you wouldn't tell me
I still hang on every word
Like tonight you saved me from my darkness that consumed my chest
And threatened to suffocate me
I was drowning in my salty crystal tears
That were raining down my cheeks
Until you pulled me out of the bloody river my heart had created
You never let me down once
And were always there when you could
I love being around you when you're happy
I love our nicknames and playing around
It always removes my frowns

You inspire me to not give up

You inspire me to scream when no one will listen
You inspire me to hear people's agony when they need help
And I try to give them the things they need
You inspire me with just your smile
And I know I can do everything I put my mind to
I may not be the sharpest or prettiest crayon in the box
But I can be up there with it
I won't let anyone get me down
I've worked too hard to just let their words hurt me
I'm not trying to win,but to be number one for you
That would make me smile all the time
Knowing that from your inspiration
I have in turn inspired you
That's a wonderful feeling to be inspired and be inspiration for others
Knowing we've made a difference in people's lives
