The captains and lieutenants of the Gotei 13 have magically switched personalities!
Let’s contemplate what things would be like around here if the captains and lieutenants acted like one another.

Random squad 1 member: Hey, I was just thinking the other day, do you remember who our captain is?
Other random squad 1 member: Er… No. Now that you mention it, I don’t. But I know who our Lieutenant is.
Yamamoto: … No one ever remembers me…
Sasakibe: You’d better remember me if you want to get paid!
Squad Two
Soi Fon: *munching on rice crackers*
Omaeda: *points kunai at her* If you don't stop your crunching and lip smacking you’re not going have a mouth to eat with!
Soi Fon: Lieutenant, how can you be so mean to me! T^T
Squad Three
Izuru: *is with Aizen in Las Noches* I wonder who I’ll tease today~
Ichimaru: *grey storm cloud hangs over head* *long depressing sigh*
Squad Four
Unohana: I don’t want to grow any taller! T^T
Isane: Nonsense, Captain. You still have room to grow. *scary smile*
Unohana: Y-yes Lieutenant… *shies away*
Squad Five
Aizen: *unwilling to accept that Momo is evil and a traitor*
Momo: *in Las Noches ordering the Espada around and plotting to kill the Soul King*

Squad Six
Renji: Your fang will never reach me. You are simply outclassed.
Byakuya: One day, Lieutenant, I will become stronger than you!
Squad Seven
Iba: *barks and howls like a dog*
Komamura: Lieutenant! What are you doing?!
Iba: Is something wrong, Captain?
Komamura: … Er, no… Nothing...
Squad Eight
Nanao: *lounging around in pink kimono drinking sake*
Kyoraku: Lieutenant Ise! What do you think you are doing?! There is work to be done!
Nanao: *Looks up* … Huh?
Kyoraku: Why do I even bother?
Squad Nine
Tosen: I hate my zanpakuto...
Shuhei: *is currently translating what Wonderwhiess is saying for Gin*
Squad Ten
Matsumoto: Captain, we have a lot of work to get done today so stay he--
Hitsugaya: Work?! Er, I think I hear Momo calling for me! Be back later! *goes off to drink instead*
Matsumoto: Get your butt back here and do your work! HITSUGAYA!
Hitsugaya: *is long gone*
Tsukiro: *is secretly enjoying the hell out of this*
Matsumoto: What are you grinning about, Ashimitsu?
Tsukiro: Oh, nothing. *smiles*
Squad Eleven
*Tsukiro walks out* I don’t really think this one is necessary, because on the inside Squad 11 are all bloodthirsty killers, right?
The only difference would be that Zaraki would be bouncing off the walls like he’s on a constant sugar high and Yachiru would be chopping everyone’s head off.
Like so. *gestures to said captain running around like mad and sad lieutenant trying to kill Ichigo*
Ichigo: Aaagh!! Yachiru, what the hell?! Are you insane!?
Tsukiro: My job here is done. *grins*
Squad Twelve
Nemu: Mayuri! Where the hell are the specimens I ordered you to get for me?!
Kurotsuchi: Right away, Nemu-sama…
Squad Thirteen
(A/N: This one was tricky, so I just made do with Rukia, Kiyone, Sentaro and Juushiro. After all, I don’t think it would be very nice to have the captain dead and Kaien still alive… -_-”)
Rukia: *coughing her head off*
Kiyone: Rukia! Are you okay?! I’ll go get your medicine!
Sentaro: No I’ll get it!
Ukitake: *fiddling around with juice box* Wait, so the straw goes where again?
*Tsukiro pops out again* And there you have it. I hope you enjoyed this first post. It’s not much, but it’s what popped into my head at the moment.
