I was talking to Ulqui on Skype and well, he has this thing for “steps,” so it gave me an idea. Here it is.

How to make Tsukiro like Ulquiorra

Step 1: Stop hitting/abusing Kita!
I’m serious, bat-man. That crap has got to go. I won’t even give you so much as a “good morning” if you keep abusing her!
So if you’re tired of the malice, stop it!
Step 2: Smile
Really, Espada. Your constant frowny face gives me the creeps. I don’t know if your parents didn’t hug you enough when you were human but that’s no excuse to glare at everyone.
Cheer up!
Step 3: Come out of your bat cave once in a while.
You’re boring. Plain and simple. We hardly ever see you, and when we do you’re all doom and gloom and “Grrr! Kita is my fraccion!” It gets old really quick that way.
Why not start a game or a conversation?
Step 4: When you do start a conversation, make it pleasant.
Because nobody want’s to listen to someone talk about death and despair and “boo hoo my human life sucked and Aizen is a greedy control freak who probably isn’t going to give us Arrancar what he promised us to get us to follow him in the first place.”
Talk about things you like. Like goth clothes…
You like goth clothes right? *is assuming*
Step 5: Finally, wipe off that ridiculous eye liner or whatever that junk is…
Dude, it makes you look creepy. *backs away* Are you supposed to be crying or what?
Waaay too much makeup...
So, that's that. I really don't like hating someone so much (except Aizen who I have a very valid reason for hating with every fiber of my being). So, I hope you use this to your advantage.
