Here's how it's going to work:
As the storyline progresses, I will be posting what's happening on this world.
Most, if not all of the characters involved in this story will actually be other members RPing as their own original characters they choose to make.
As a character in the story, you will be expected to make decisions for him/her that will effect the plot. Also having a personality and being somewhat interesting is a plus. Characters central to the plot will in some cases be held to a higher standard. I'm going to be pretty leniant on who your character is and what they're able to do, but I won't allow things that are outragous/impossible or things that conflict with the plot.
