3rd Epic Fail For stararnold at theOtaku

Today, the Green Lantern fan art challenge, which I launched a month ago to coincidie with the release of 2011's "Green Lantern" theatrical movie, has expired, but despite being suscribed to by a few theOtaku.com users, it failed to receive any entries, which means I end up having nothing to rank.

Sorry Green Lantern, but it looks like your chances of matching Superman Batman in terms of popularity at theOtaku.com community might have permantly died at some point before the film's release. Not that I'm asking anyone to answer this question, but why does it seem like DC Comics has only fewer mainstream super-heroes than Marvel Comics with Batman, Robin, Wonder Woman, and Superman getting all the DC mainstream glory?

Hopefully, this failure will give me an idea on what to do for my next DC Comics-themed challenge.
