Emmanuel Shiu is a San Francisco-based artist well-known for the concept art he does for U.S. live-action movies like "Hellboy" (2004), "Sky Captain and The World of Tomorrow" (2004), and "The Day After Tomorrow" (2004).
Anyway, here's something that maybe of interest for all you fans of the "Robotech" franchise. If you visit the artist's website at http://www.eshiu.com/, you'll find in the "Paintings" subsection of the site itself his painting of a Veritech Fighter hangar (title is unknown, but it's address reads "http://www.eshiu.com/paint1.html"). This work of art is a must-se for Anime fans and for those who don't watch Anime but still love Sci-Fi military action.
Feel to comment after you've seen the "Robotech" painting.
