Today is a day of good news in North America, not just for long-time fans of the "Dirty Pair" franchise, but also for the kind of Otaku who enjoy old-school Anime. For, ANN has reported that Nozomi Entertainment (the part of Right Stuf that dubs and subs Anime in English for North American VHS/DVD releases) has finally received license to do a North American DVD release of 1985 "Dirty Pair" T.V. series as well as two specials that spun-off from it (titles not yet identified).
Before this, ADV Films did VHS/DVD releases of all "Dirty Pair" Anime, except for the T.V. series itself and its two-part OVA epilogue special "Dirty Pair: Love From The Lovely Angels".
