For those of you who visited The Hollywood Reporter's website during the past months, some of may know by now that the Fox Broadcasting Company is currently in process of developing a U.S. "Torchwood" T.V. series, with Russell Davies (creator of BBC's "Torchwood") providing a script and BBC Worldwide Productions of U.S. getting involved.

Although premier date isn't yet confirmed, John Barrowman (who playes Jack for BBC's "Torchwood") mentioned to Entertainment Weekly this week that he'll play Jack if the show gets produced and filmed, but on the condition that Fox doesn't intend to alter the character's sexuality for its U.S. take on the hit British show itself.
