I kind of started this with my last post, but I got bored and decided to go a little further...
When we finally meet, our eyes will meet as I enter the room, and he's going to know at first sight that I was who he was meant to be with.

When I finally meet him, he's gonna see me and immediately know we are supposed to spend the rest of our lives together.
And then I'm never gonna want to let go...
So, I had my physical today. Which, if anyone knows me at all, I HATE hospitals with a fiery passion that burns ten times hotter than the sun's surface. SO, a lot. I will not go unless I absolutely have to. Or my parents make me. It was because of the latter today.
Because cancer runs so heavily in my family, my parents thought it'd be a good idea. Which, it was. But, that doesn't mean I have to like it. But, today's visit just cemented my hatred for things such as this. Let me tell you why.
*Clears throat*
It started off nice and dandy, I got there and didn't even have to wait real long. The nurse did all the measurements and whatnot, and I was happy with everything, so I was optimistic going in. Well, I had to do a PAP Smear. (If you don't know what it is, PM me) And, it turns out I had a male doctor. Ugh. (This was the first time at this clinic, so I didn't know any doctors there.) Which, I was slightly uncomfortable with, but not a big deal, because I didn't plan on seeing him soon again anyways. Well, turns out he has this med student with him that was supposed to observe. So, I was like, cool. Ok.
Well, then he had her do the PAP and the feeling of the breasts for lumps, which I was more than okay with because she told me she graduated college in 2004. So, I'm like, that's 8 years to get your shit together and know what you're doing.
That was not the case with this. She did the breast thing just fine, and then started with the PAP. Turns out, she really didn't know what she was doing and he had to teach her how to do it, and for some reason, she couldn't do it properly. So, I had to lay like that for about 10 minutes longer than normal, and it's uncomfortable enough without listening to him describe everything....
Then, he was talking to me about the scars on my knees from the incisions of my knee surgeries I've had. He's like, "Are those surgery scars or scars from falling down?" And I told him about the surgeries and everything. Then, 5 minutes later, he was like, "SO, you said those weren't from surgery?" And I'm thinking, Dude, you can't tell those are surgery scars? He asked me about them 3 different times. Shows how great of a listener he is...
Oh, and what really topped off my dislike of this doctor. When he first got in, they all have to ask routine questions and whatnot. One of the questions was whether or not I was sexually active. I replied with a no. Then he's like, "Ever?!" And I'm like, "Nope." And he's like, "Waiting for the right time/guy? Or....?" And I was just like, "Whenever...." Because I was so flabbergasted that he would even ask such a personal question like that. You do not need to know the why's of my personal life. What the hell.
Yes, a virgin at my age is unheard of with my generation, but you know what, I'm proud of it. Why he had to question my decision I will never know. Needless to say, I will not be going back to him again.
I hate hospitals.
Gonna have to go with Rascal Flats. There music is so relate-able. They have such a wide variety of topics, too. They care so much about their fans, and that means so much to me.
