The 2009 Spike Scream Awards had taken place last night, but the recording of it is to air on Oct 27, 2009 on Spike TV. Anyway at the ceremony, "Star Trek" (2009) had won three awards: one for best director (presented to the film's director J.J. Abrams by legendary "Star Wars" actor Harrison Ford), one for best Sci-Fi film, and another for Ultimate Scream (presented by "Batman" film actor Morgan Freeman, but ironically picked up by legenday "Star Trek" actor William Shatner, who wasn't involved in the cast of this year's "Star Trek" film).
