As the "Star Trek" franchise's popularity continues to re-increase, it appears that its latest film "Star Trek" (2009 Also known as "Star Ttek XI" and "Star Trek '09") has received four People's Choice Awards nominations, and they are: 1) Breakout Movie Actress (Zoe Saldana represents this film for), 2) Breakout Movie Actor (appears that the film's lead actors Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto are competing for this), 3) Franchise, and 4) Favorite Movie. The People's Choice Awards Event will be broadcasted on U.S. broadcaster CBS on January 6,2010.
